Sudden Stroke Symptoms (FAST) — Call 911 Immediately
Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, Time to call 911 — every minute matters for tPA eligibility (within 4.5 hours of onset).
تدلي الوجه، ضعف الإيد، صعوبة في الكلام — اتصلوا بالإسعاف فوراً. كل دقيقة مهمة لإعطاء دواء إذابة الجلطة (خلال 4.5 ساعة من البداية).
Worst Headache of Life / "Thunderclap" Headache
Sudden severe headache reaching maximum intensity within seconds — rule out subarachnoid hemorrhage. Emergency evaluation required immediately.
صداع شديد مفاجئ وصل لأقصاه في ثواني — لازم نستبعد نزيف تحت الأم العنكبوتية. تقييم طارئ فوري.
Status Epilepticus — Seizure Lasting > 5 Minutes
A seizure that doesn't stop after 5 minutes or patient does not regain consciousness between seizures — medical emergency, call 911.
نوبة تشنجية مستمرة أكتر من 5 دقايق أو المريض ما صحيش بين النوبات — طوارئ طبية، اتصلوا بالإسعاف.
Sudden Confusion or Altered Consciousness
Acute onset confusion, agitation, or unresponsiveness — may indicate encephalitis, meningitis, or hemorrhage.
تشوش مفاجئ أو عدم استجابة — ممكن تكون التهاب في الدماغ أو السحايا أو نزيف.
New Neck Stiffness + Fever + Headache
This triad suggests meningitis — life-threatening. Patient should go to the ER immediately.
تصلب الرقبة مع حمى وصداع — ده بيشير لالتهاب السحايا وده خطير على الحياة. المريض يروح الطوارئ فوراً.
Sudden Vision Loss or Double Vision
Sudden monocular vision loss or diplopia may indicate stroke, optic neuritis (MS), or ocular emergency — same-day evaluation needed.
فقدان مفاجئ للبصر أو ازدواج الرؤية ممكن يكون جلطة أو التهاب العصب البصري (MS) — تقييم في نفس اليوم.
